Initial Consultation and Proposal

Following this, you’ll receive a preliminary proposal detailing the professional services Seanote will offer. If you’re satisfied, signing the agreement marks the beginning of the design phase.
Design Development
During this enjoyable phase, you work closely with a designer to select features, finishes, and refine plans to achieve your perfect design. Once the design is finalized, a construction agreement outlining the project timeline and estimated cost is presented to you for approval, allowing the project to move forward to construction.
Pre Construction Preparation
As the project transitions from planning to execution, you will be introduced to your project manager, who will oversee your project’s progress. This stage involves the coordination of materials, labor, permits, and the development of a detailed construction schedule.
Construction Phase
Construction begins on the agreed-upon start date, with your project manager keeping you informed of progress and ensuring everything stays on schedule. This phase focuses on transforming the plans into reality with minimal disruption.
Final Walk Through and Adjustments
Upon completion, a final walk-through is conducted with your project manager to ensure every aspect of the project meets your expectations. This step includes a thorough review of systems, structures, and finishes, with any necessary adjustments made promptly.
Closeout and Warranty Assurance
